13 domains · one nervous system
A client's first request triggers a chain — quote, contract, deposit, scheduling, production, delivery — where every step feeds the next. You never re-enter anything. You never forget anything. And Leeza watches over the whole chain, continuously.

There's the day your clients see — scouting, light, the shutter, the retouching. And there's the other one: the quote to redo, the contract to scan, the deposit to chase, the expired download link, the invoice you chase from memory.
Synaptiik takes care of the second one. Not by adding one more tool, but by removing the re-typing between the ones you already use: information entered once flows to the end of the chain.
The flow, alive
Each domain is a neuron connected to the pipeline. The signals moving across the map are the actions that actually run through Synaptiik — a signed quote that triggers a deposit, a delivery that settles an invoice. Hover a node to see what it automates.

ExploreFrom project management to drone compliance — every module is built for the imaging profession, not adapted from a generic CRM.
The flow, compared
On the left, the usual chain: seven tools, seven re-entries, just as many chances to forget something. On the right, the same job in Synaptiik, where every step is triggered by the previous one.
By profession
A wedding isn't run like a packshot, and an aerial drone shoot isn't contracted like a corporate video. Each profession keeps its own constraints — the commercial side, however, stays the same.
What we're asked first
Changing tools costs time before it saves any. Here are the six questions that come up most often, and how things actually stand.

That's often the real issue: the problem isn't each tool taken on its own, it's the re-entry between them. Synaptiik doesn't replace your editing software or your inbox; it removes the re-typing between the quote, the contract, the payment, the schedule and the delivery. Migration of your existing clients and projects is assisted.
The client portal opens from a link received by email: your client validates a brief, signs, pays or retrieves their files without creating anything beforehand. Access stays tied to the project, which avoids expired transfer links.
Synaptiik implements a simple electronic signature under article 25 §1 of the eIDAS regulation: it cannot be denied as evidence solely because it is electronic. Every signature comes with a fingerprint of the signed document and a timestamp, so the document produced can be verified afterward.
They remain yours. Your data stays accessible for thirty days after cancellation, giving you time to export projects, documents and files; it is then purged according to your account's retention policy.
It's precisely when you're alone that no administrative task gets delegated. The Solo plan covers the entire chain for a single seat: follow-ups, archiving and balance tracking stop depending on your memory.
No. Synaptiik is full price from day one, with no welcome offer or trial. In return, the Solo and Studio plans are refundable with no justification within fourteen days of first payment, and within thirty days on an annual commitment.
FAQ
Yes. All three professions share the same commercial chain — quote, contract, deposit, schedule, delivery, invoice — but not the same production. The video modules (versions, review milestones) and drone modules (flight file, weather and regulatory constraints) exist on their own, without duplicating the commercial side.
No. The pipeline works from the quote and contract stage; gallery, scheduling, marketplace and profession-specific modules can be added as you need them. Data entered at the start remains valid for modules activated later.
Migration is assisted: existing clients, open projects and documents are carried over with you, without you having to manually replay the history. Already-delivered projects can be imported as archives.
No. Leeza suggests, you decide: every recommendation shows its reasoning, its confidence level and an alternative, and no commercial decision is executed without explicit approval. AI assistance can be disabled, per account and per portal.
