Your Synaptiik quotes don't look like a generic PDF. Each quote presents your service with the project's reference photos, your embedded terms & conditions, a detailed pricing grid (line by line: shoot, post-production, travel, usage rights) and an e-signature button right inside the document. The result: a conversion rate significantly higher than PDFs sent by email.
Automated, compliant invoicing
As soon as a quote is accepted, Synaptiik automatically generates the deposit invoice (30% by default, configurable) with a sequential number, legal mentions (business ID/VAT number), dated terms & conditions and a payment QR code. Balance invoices and credit notes are generated in one click from the finance dashboard, compliant with applicable e-commerce regulation in France.
Online payment and smart reminders
Connect Stripe to accept card payments online, SEPA transfer or payment links. Reminders at D+1, D+3, D+7 and D+14 are automatic with a progressive tone (friendly nudge → firm → formal notice). The finance dashboard shows your DSO (average days to pay) and outstanding balances in real time.

Frequently asked questions
Can I customize the quote template with my logo and colors?
Yes, starting from the Solo plan. The Agency plan allows full white-labeling with a custom domain, brand styling and DKIM via Resend for your emails.
Does the software handle intra-EU VAT?
Yes. Synaptiik handles French VAT (20%), VAT exemption thresholds, intra-EU VAT (VIES), and non-EU services. Business ID format and checksum validation is built in.
How does e-signature on quotes work?
The client receives a secure link, reads the quote and signs with their mouse or finger on mobile. The signature is timestamped (IP, time, user agent) and compliant with eIDAS art.25 §1 (SES). An archived PDF is generated automatically.
