Online payment and smart reminders

Can I customize the quote template with my logo and colors?
Yes, starting from the Solo plan. The Agency plan allows full white-labeling with a custom domain, brand styling and DKIM via Resend for your emails.
Does the software handle intra-EU VAT?
Yes. Synaptiik handles French VAT (20%), VAT exemption thresholds, intra-EU VAT (VIES), and non-EU services. Business ID format and checksum validation is built in.
How does e-signature on quotes work?
The client receives a secure link, reads the quote and signs with their mouse or finger on mobile. The signature is timestamped (IP, time, user agent): it is a simple electronic signature (SES) within the meaning of Article 25(1) of the eIDAS regulation. An archived PDF is generated automatically.
