Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

Yes: money-back within 14 days of the first payment (30 days on annual plans), on Solo as well as Studio, no justification needed. The Agence plan includes a demo and a pilot before subscribing (so no withdrawal window afterwards, but you have already evaluated it). Agence Scale is under a dedicated contract. Any request goes through /settings or support.

Can I change plans mid-subscription?

Yes, at any time from your settings. An upgrade (Solo → Studio, Studio → Agence) is billed pro rata on the current invoice. Downgrades are not supported in self-service: cancel at the end of the period then resubscribe to the lower plan.

Which currencies are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Euro (EUR), US dollar (USD), pound sterling (GBP), Swiss franc (CHF) and Canadian dollar (CAD). The displayed price excludes VAT. The currency is set at subscription and does not change — to switch from one currency to another, you must cancel and resubscribe.

Is VAT included?

Accepted Answer

No. Prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable VAT (20% France, equivalent EU rate based on your billing country, 0% outside the EU with a valid intra-EU VAT number) is calculated and added at payment by Stripe Tax.

Is there any commitment?

Accepted Answer

None. The subscription runs monthly or yearly as you choose, cancellable at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access to your data for 90 days after cancellation, then it is purged according to your retention policy.

Question 6

Can I pause my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up to 3 months per calendar year, for legitimate reasons (maternity/paternity leave, off-season for seasonal photographers, illness, temporary financial difficulties). Billing is suspended during the pause. Available from /settings/billing.

Question 7

What is Leeza and what are the two tiers?

Accepted Answer

Leeza is our AI assistant. Tier 1: basic conversational, included in all plans. Tier 2: advanced models (quote suggestions, moodboard generation, assisted retouching) included in Studio and Agence. You can enable or disable Tier 2 at any time — it is OFF by default to avoid unintended credits.

When should I move to Agence Scale?

As soon as you exceed 20 active seats, need a dedicated customer success manager, or your case requires custom contracts (negotiated DPA, specific SLA, multi-year commitment). Our sales team supports you — pricing starts at 1 499 €/month and adjusts to your needs.
