Your clients deserve better than a WeTransfer link. Every Synaptiik gallery presents your photos in a clean, responsive showcase branded to your colors. The client browses at their own pace, picks favorites, leaves comments per photo and downloads their deliverables in HD in one click. The gallery is accessible from any device, no account required for your client.
Security and access control
Every gallery is protected by a unique link with an HMAC-secured token. You set the expiration date (7 days, 30 days, or unlimited), the permissions (view-only, download, comments) and automatic watermarking on non-final exports. You get a notification on every download and a weekly viewing report.
Robust storage for your final deliverables
Synaptiik runs on Supabase Storage (Postgres-native) with Backblaze B2 backup for maximum resilience. Your final deliverables (exported JPEG, TIFF, PNG) are stored in your private vault — RAW masters, DNG and ProRes files stay in your usual processing pipeline (Lightroom, Capture One); Synaptiik never hosts them. The pipeline automatically generates optimized web previews (AVIF/WebP) of your deliverables without touching the source file.
The gallery link is standalone and opens in your client's browser. Iframe embedding is available on the Agency plan (white-label with your own domain).
What's the maximum file size?
There's no per-file limit. RAW uploads of several hundred MB are supported. ClamAV antivirus scanning checks every file on upload.
