Accessibility statement
This is a translation provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version alone is legally binding.
SYNAPTIIK is committed to making the platform accessible in accordance with Article 47 of French law n° 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 on equal rights and opportunities, Decree n° 2019-768 of 24 July 2019, and European Regulation 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), transposed into French law and effective as of 28 June 2025.
This accessibility statement applies to the synaptiik.fr website and web application and its subdomains (app, portal, gallery, collab).
1. Compliance status
Partially compliant — the SYNAPTIIK platform is undergoing audit and presents residual non-conformities documented in §4 below. The target level is RGAA 4.1.2 / WCAG 2.2 level AA.
2. Audit results
The compliance audit was conducted internally by the SYNAPTIIK team with the support of automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse, WAVE) and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks (NVDA on Firefox, VoiceOver on Safari).
An external audit by an accredited body is planned before the service's general availability (GA).
3. Scope audited
- Landing page and public pages (/, /pricing, /features, /contact);
- Sign-up funnel and checkout flow;
- Pro Dashboard (/pro/*) main views;
- Client portal (/portal/*) deliverable-reception flow;
- Legal documents (/legal/*).
Technologies audited: Next.js 15 App Router, React Server Components, Framer Motion (respecting prefers-reduced-motion).
4. Residual non-conformities
The following non-conformities are documented and are subject to a correction plan:
- Some visual editor components (moodboards, drag & drop galleries) do not offer a complete keyboard equivalent. Workaround: main actions accessible via a keyboard context menu;
- Insufficient contrast on some hover states of secondary buttons (ratio 3.8:1 instead of the 4.5:1 required for AA);
- Screen reader: some analytics charts in the admin dashboard do not yet have a tabular text equivalent;
- Demo videos: automatic French subtitles provided, manual transcription being integrated.
5. Exemptions
Uncontrolled third-party content (external embed feeds, PDF documents uploaded by users): SYNAPTIIK cannot guarantee the accessibility of content produced or supplied by its users or partners. Professional providers publishing via the platform are asked to comply with the same standards.
6. Multi-year correction plan
The action plan is tracked publicly on the internal quality board. Milestones:
- Q2 2026 — remediation of contrasts and hover states, text equivalents for analytics charts;
- Q3 2026 — external audit by an accredited body, publication of the report;
- Q4 2026 — completion of full keyboard support in the visual editor, integrated video transcriptions;
- Annual review of this statement.
7. Technologies used
- Semantic HTML 5 (ARIA landmarks, roles, labels);
- CSS 3 (respecting prefers-reduced-motion, prefers-color-scheme);
- JavaScript (ES2022), React 19 Server + Client Components;
- Keyboard compliance: full tab/shift-tab navigation, visible focus (2px ring), focus trap on modals.
8. Evaluation tools
- axe DevTools (Deque) — integrated into the CI pipeline;
- Lighthouse (Google) — accessibility score ≥ 95;
- WAVE (WebAIM) — spot checks;
- NVDA (Firefox Windows) + VoiceOver (Safari macOS/iOS) for screen readers;
- Manual keyboard tests with typical user journeys.
