Does e-signature have legal value?
Synaptiik provides a simple electronic signature (SES) within the meaning of Article 25(1) of the eIDAS regulation, applicable across the European Union. Every signature comes with an exportable evidence file (audit trail, SHA-256 fingerprint, timestamp). For a document that requires an advanced or qualified signature, have the signature level validated by your legal adviser.
Can a contract be sent to multiple signatories?
Yes. Multi-signatory contracts (photographer + client + subcontractor) are supported with a configurable signing order.
