Synaptiik shows your workload in real time over a 60-day horizon. Fully booked days are locked automatically once an assignment is confirmed. The capacity view identifies open windows for accepting new assignments and alerts you when you go past 85% of your monthly capacity.
Connect your Google account in one click. All your Synaptiik shoots appear in Google Calendar with the client's name, the venue address and production notes. Conversely, your Google events (time off, medical appointments, personal constraints) automatically block slots in Synaptiik. iCal sync also enables connection with Apple Calendar and Outlook.
For every shoot, Synaptiik generates a complete call sheet: location with GPS coordinates, meeting time, equipment list pre-loaded from your inventory, assigned team with contacts, weather at D-48 and D-0. The call sheet can be shared as a PDF or by link with your team and your client.
