4. Intellectual property
All content on the synaptiik.fr website (text, images, graphics, logo, icons, software, database) is protected under the French Intellectual Property Code and belongs to Franck FROMONT (SYNAPTIIK) or is used under authorization.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of SYNAPTIIK.
Content uploaded by users (photographs, videos, production documents) remains the exclusive property of their authors or rights holders. SYNAPTIIK only benefits from the technical license necessary to perform the service, under the conditions specified in the Terms of Use.
5. Protection of personal data
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act, SYNAPTIIK acts as data controller for data collected in the context of the commercial relationship, and as data processor for data processed on behalf of its professional clients (photographers, videographers, drone operators).

6. Use of artificial intelligence — Leeza
The platform integrates Leeza, an AI assistant powered by third-party models (Anthropic Claude) operating as a general-purpose AI system (GPAI) within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act).
